Day1Arrival in Cairo
Met inside the terminal before passport control, helped through the visa and immigration, then a private transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure; we can book a welcome dinner at extra cost.
Day2Giza Pyramids & the museums
The Great Pyramids and the Sphinx on the Giza plateau, then the Egyptian Museum or the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and the historic stalls of Khan el-Khalili bazaar.
Day3Fly to Luxor — East Bank, board your Nile cruise
Short domestic flight to Luxor. The Karnak temple complex and Luxor Temple, then board your five-star Nile cruise.
Day4Luxor West Bank & sail to Edfu
Cross to the West Bank for the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, then sail south toward Edfu.
Day5Edfu & Kom Ombo temples
The well-preserved Temple of Horus at Edfu, then the double temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Horus, as the ship continues to Aswan.
Day6Abu Simbel & Aswan highlights
Morning excursion to the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel. Then Philae Temple, the Unfinished Obelisk, and a felucca sail around Elephantine Island.
