1. Who we are

2. Quotations

Requesting a quotation is free and does not commit you to anything. Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, per person, in US dollars, and are not an offer. A binding price is the one given in your written quotation, valid for the period stated in it.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation. You can choose one of two ways to pay: pay now, in advance, at the price in your written quotation; or pay later, with nothing to pay today, settling in cash or by card when you arrive in Egypt. Both options apply to multi-day journeys, day tours and transfers. Your written quotation states the amount that applies to your trip.

4. Cancellation and changes

Day tours and transfers: the cancellation terms are shown on the Day Tours and Transfers pages. For multi-day journeys, please ask us for the cancellation and refund terms before you pay.

5. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical cover and repatriation, is strongly recommended for every traveler and may be required on some itineraries. It is not included in our prices.

6. Passports, visas and health

Travelers are responsible for holding valid documentation. We provide guidance but cannot be liable for refused entry. See our visa guidance and the US State Department’s travel advisory for Egypt.

7. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in full in our privacy policy. In short: we use the details you send us to reply to you, prepare your quotation and arrange your travel, and we do not sell them. We send travel offers and ideas by email only if you sign up for them (for example for the US$100 welcome offer), and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails or by emailing us; see marketing emails in the privacy policy. Do not send passport numbers or payment card details through the forms. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@manitontours.com.

8. US$100 welcome offer for new subscribers

When you sign up for our travel emails on this website, we give you a code for US$100 off your first multi-day private tour with us. In plain terms:

• Who it is for. New subscribers to Maniton Tours’ travel emails who sign up on this website. One code per email address and per person. You need to still be subscribed when you book.
• What you get. US$100 off the price of your first multi-day private tour: a private journey of 5 to 12 days, such as those on our Private tours page, including one we tailor for you. It is US$100 per booking, not per traveler, whatever the size of your group.
• What it does not cover. Day tours, airport transfers and visa services booked on their own. The discount comes off the land arrangements in your written quotation only; it does not apply to international flights, Egypt visa fees, travel insurance or tips.
• How to use it. Quote the code shown to you after signing up in your trip request, or when you book. Our team applies the US$100 to your written quotation. It cannot be added to a booking that is already confirmed.
• When. Book within 6 months of the day you signed up. A booking counts from the date we issue your written confirmation.
• The usual conditions. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or special rate, and has no cash value: it cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid out, including if a booking is cancelled. It is subject to availability and to the booking conditions on this page.
• Changes. Maniton Tours may change or withdraw this offer at any time. Bookings already confirmed with the discount are not affected.
• Unsubscribing. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails, or by emailing info@manitontours.com. If you unsubscribe before you book, the offer no longer applies.
